“The Federation for Associations connected to the International HUMANA PEOPLE TO PEOPLE Movement”, (Humana People to People) is an international membership organization, which at present comprises 32 national associations working in 40 countries.

The country association HUMANA POVO PARA POVO BRASIL operates 2 Child Aid projects in Brazil, in Cansanção and in Quijingue, both situated in the state of Bahia.

ADPP Mozambique is carrying out a Food for Progress program promoting farming, education and fighting HIV and AIDS. Here you can read about the achievements of the program.

The launching of the food for peace program took place at DAPP's Ponesai Vanhu Technical College where packages with dried vegetables and lentils were handed to the project leaders who will be managing the program to hand out the soup to beneficiaries.

On the 21st of November 2008 the buildings of the One World University were officially inaugurated by the President of the Republic of Mozambique.

TCE Baddi and Narela in India are carrying out a TCE offensive to test in total 8000 people in the days around the 1st of December 2008. These 2 TCE projects under Humana People to People India have managed to test 2 000 people in the first day.

HOPE Humana People to People Haryana in India organized an HIV/AIDS awareness rally on World AIDS Day. The activity has seen 10 000 people getting HIV and AIDS information pamphlets and condoms.

HOPE HUMANA Greater Gaborone was started in 2005 promoting condom sales mainly in beer selling outlets as well as mobilising those outlets selling beer to be in control. The project's operation area is Gaborone, Mogoditshane, Gabane and Tlokweng.

Inauguration of the Institute of Higher Education and Technology (ISET)/One World University (OWU) in Mozambique

Humana People to People – Belize made it two out of two with another children development project, Child Aid Belize North. On October 4 2008, Orange Walk Town saw the cutting of a ribbon marking the official arrival of the Child Aid Project.

One World University was a hive of activity when a powerful delegation witnessed the official launch of Institute Superior do Educacao no Technologia- One World University in Mozambique some 80 km south of Maputo city.

South Africa is one of the highly HIV infected countries in the world. Humana People to People South Africa is implementing TCE program an HIV and AIDS community mobilization for prevention intervention.

As a measure to see the Testing for HIV and AIDS facilities being decentralized, TCE Baddi has launched a Mobile Testing Van. The facility will enable many people to know their HIV status and prevent further infections in the process.

Humana People to People have joined hands with the Government of Malawi in complimenting the Malawi eforts in capacitating the farmers in realising food security including skills capacity building.

Full focus on the 2000 TCE Field Officers contribution to the fight against the spread HIV/AIDS. The TCE gathering at Changalane was solemnly putting focus on the Field Officers experiences and contribution to programme development.

1,750 Field Officers and Commanders gathered from Angola, China, India, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
